Fill in the List Your Business form with your business name, contact details, category, and a brief description of what you make or wholesale.
Upload your GST certificate, factory or shop licence, and any quality certifications. We accept PDF or image uploads up to 5 MB each.
A Zuppliers reviewer checks the documents against the GST registry and cross-checks the address. This usually takes 24–48 hours.
Once approved your listing goes live with the Verified badge — buyers know your business has been checked. You can update documents any time from your dashboard.
No. Verification is free for every plan, including Starter.
GST registration certificate is required. Factory licence, shop licence, BIS/ISO certifications, and export licences strengthen your profile but are optional.
