1. Accepting these terms

By using Zuppliers you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts under Indian law. Business accounts must be registered in the company's legal name.

3. Listing accuracy

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — business name, GST details, products, and contact information. We may remove listings found to be misleading or fraudulent.

4. Direct dealing

Zuppliers connects buyers and suppliers. We are not a party to any contract between them and do not handle order payments. All commercial terms (price, delivery, warranty) are between buyer and supplier directly.

5. Verification

Verification badges indicate that we reviewed a supplier's documents at the time of listing. It is not a guarantee of product quality or commercial conduct.

6. Prohibited conduct

No spam, scraping, impersonation, or illegal goods. Repeated violations result in permanent removal without refund of any listing fee.

7. Liability

Zuppliers provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

8. Changes

Material updates are posted here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
