We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, business details, and any messages you send through the platform. We also collect basic usage data (page views, search terms) to improve discovery.
When you tap the WhatsApp button on a supplier listing or submit a sourcing requirement, we record the supplier you contacted, the timestamp, and either the phone number you typed into the lead-capture form or — if you didn't sign in and didn't share a phone — your IP address. We use this strictly to route enquiries to the right supplier, prevent abuse (spam, scraping, repeated automated clicks), and let our internal team follow up on stalled leads. Suppliers see the phone number you provided; they do not see your IP address. IP addresses are visible only to Zuppliers' internal staff.
Account information is used to operate Zuppliers — verify suppliers, route enquiries to the right business, and let you save shortlists. Aggregate usage data informs which categories and regions to expand next. Lead and click data also helps us detect fraud and improve match quality.
Supplier contact details on a profile are public by design. We do not sell buyer email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses. Payment gateway partners receive only what they need to process a listing fee.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data, including any lead or IP records associated with you, by emailing privacy@zuppliers.com. We respond within 7 working days as required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Lead enquiries (including the phone number you provided and any IP address captured) are retained for up to 24 months from the date of the click for fraud prevention and audit purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete them sooner using the contact above.
Only essential cookies are used to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
